When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with an order summary. If you don’t receive an emailed order confirmation within 4 hours of completing your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-444-3353 Monday thru Sunday, 6am to 6pm (PT), or by email.
Most orders ship the next business day, but in some cases it may take a few days to prepare your order for shipping. Once your package ships, we will send a follow-up email with the tracking/status information.
You can always check the status of your order by logging into your Harbor Freight account and clicking on the "Track My Order" link on the left-hand side.
